About Hiroshi Sawada
Hiroshi Sawada is a world-renowned barista and latte artist. After graduating from Kinki University School of Commerce and Education, Sawada began working for Kinokuniya International Supermarket. In 2008, he became the first Asian to win the Latte Art World Championship in Seattle, WA. In 2010, Sawada opened Streamer Coffee Company, his first independent coffee shop, in Japan. In 2015, he opened Sawada Coffee in Chicago, IL.  ​
